Bad week for training... to make a painful weekend of racing?

Not been able to cycle at all this week, besides the 3 mile round commute, on the pub bike in jeans with a backpack each day. Mostly in the rain, mostly either side of long office hours, and mostly in slow moving traffic. I'm not sure it counts.

I've got a 10 tomorrow afternoon however, and a 50 the following morning. Normally I've fitted around 50 miles training in by the end of Friday. This week I've crawled through 15. It'll be interesting to see how my times compare.

Maybe I should tell her that if the skin suit didn't make me any faster last weekend, then perhaps she shouldn't expect too much either.
